William Frank Millsaps, 79

William Frank Millsaps, 79 of Penney Farms, FL passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021 after a battle with cancer along with back surgery.  He was born September 21, 1942 in Statesville, North Carolina to the late Harold and Florence Millsaps.

Bill enjoyed his time at Penney Farms with friends that became family.  His wonderful laughter and friendliness will be missed by all.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Barnette Millsaps and daughters, Stephanie and Kimberly Millsaps, sister, Gayle Norton and brother, Charles D. Millsaps.  He is survived by his brother, Gil (Eileen) Millsaps, nieces, Shelly Campbell, Teresa Taber, and Angela Hutchinson.  Also surviving him are Special Friends, brother-in-law, Roger (Jane) Barnette, Donna Welch, and friends that kept life going the past year.  Thank you.

His life was a beautiful story of living life through adversity; Rest in peace.
