Timothy Justice, 64

Timothy Justice 64, of Orange Park, FL, went to be with the Lord on November 28, 2019 while a patient at Orange Park Medical Center.  Formerly of Huntington, WV, Timothy was born on April 3, 1955 to the late Delong Justice and Christine Justice who survives him.

In addition to his father, Mr. Justice was preceded death by his son, Michael Justice in Iron Mountain, MI; grandparents, Garland (Rose) Justice and Robert (Hattie) Chapman in Barnshea, KY.

Timothy attended Romney School for the Deaf and Blind until 1971 and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and most of all watching football games.  He was a free spirited and loving person that was always friendly to everyone he met.

Timothy will be dearly missed and loved by all who knew him.

Those left to honor Timothy’s memory include his mother, Chris Justice, sister, Deborah “Kate” (Tim) Murphy of Fleming Island, FL, niece, Michelle Danderson of Crest Hill, IL, nephew, Eric (Jenn) Stobaugh of Channahon, IL, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In accordance with Timothy’s wishes, a Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest Funeral Home with a time of visitation beginning at 1:00 PM prior to services.
