Thomas Anthony Lenox, 81

Thomas Anthony Lenox, 81, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Thursday, November 17, 2021. He was born in Trenton, New Jersey to parents Isaac Cooper Lenox and Marion Lord. Thomas moved from New Jersey and lived in Florida and the Clay County area for the past 8 years. Thomas was a veteran who served over 8 years in the United States Navy as a Naval Cryptological Technician. After his time of service in the Navy, he worked for over 30 plus years with the United States Postal Service. During his time with the Postal Service, he held a supervisor position and had received multiple commendations for exceptional service. Thomas was a pillar of his community where he coached youth softball in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, participated in bowling and softball leagues. He would also love spending the day hanging out at the races and he was considered an avid golfer and fisherman among his friends and family.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Marion Lenox. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Lenox; Daughters, Ann Marie Crawford and Paula Lenox; and 2 grandchildren, Kelsey Crawford and Corey Crawford.
