Tammi Michelle Scoggins, 48

Tammi Michelle Scoggins, 48 of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Tammi was born in Sacramento, California and moved to Florida 20 years ago.  She was a respiratory therapist at Baptist Medical Center and was a graduate of Kennesaw State University and Flagler College.

Tammi was the devoted mother of Amelia Scoggins and daughter of Bryan and Joyce Scoggins. She is also survived by her brother, Mike (Jodi) Scoggins, nephew, Reid and niece, Avery.

Memorial Services will be held 6:00 PM Friday, December 2, 2016 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest Funeral Home.
