Susan M. Decaminada, 72

Susan Marie Decaminada was born in Youngstown Ohio, November 1950. She passed away peacefully on May 24th with her daughter, Dawn Marie by her side. It would be easy to define Susan’s life by her struggles but her shining light was her strength, friendship and the kindness she showed to everyone she met. Susan was on dialysis for 31 years, every day she made the decision to live and not give in to her illness. Her joy truly came from helping others. Susan is survived by her daughter Dawn Marie, Son in law Kevin Parker, sisters Lynn (John Rice) Shandor, Lori (Jim) Bailey, Barb (Scott) Hanks. Brothers in law Bob (Terry) Decaminada and Joe (Cheryl) Decaminada as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Susan was reunited in heaven with her husband John to whom she was married for 42 years, prior to his death in 2012.
