Shirley Marie Lee, 87

Shirley Marie Lee, 87 of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Friday, February 25, 2022.  Shirley was born to the late, Lawrence and Marie Morss Terpening, and raised in Illinois . As a child, Shirley along with her sister would sing in perfect harmony, entertaining crowds on stages at different venues across the state. She began her career as an x-ray technician in California before retiring to the beautiful state of Oregon, that she loved so much.  Later she moved to Michigan to be closer to her family and moved to Florida in 2008.  She enjoyed NASCAR, watching movies, playing cards, reading, and spending time with family and friends especially during the holidays and special occasions when she would play the piano and sing all of our favorite songs.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Ms. Lee is survived by her two daughters Teri Lee Spottiswood and Teresa (Mike) Straty, son Robert Lee; nine grandchildren Deanna Lee Peck, Shawna Lee (Ricky) Cotton, Jennifer (fiance Evan O’Shea) Straty, Nicholas (Kirsten) Straty, Zachary Straty, Christopher (Mandy) Feld, Tiffany (Nick Camarillo) Spottiswood, Billy (Edith) Spottiswood, and Wesley (fiance Jillisa) Spottiswood; 16 great grandchildren Emily, Logan, Mason, McKinlee, Kayla, Paul, Ely, Robert, Chloe, Calvin, John, Zoey, Colton, Vincent, William Jr and Alexandria; sister JoAnne LeBaron and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
