Sandra Lee Mapp, 74

Sandra Lee Mapp, 74 of Jacksonville, FL passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016.  Mrs. Mapp was born in Jacksonville, FL and returned to Florida in 1980 from Dallas, TX.  While in Texas, she was the owner of Fascination Hair Salon for five years, later worked in Orange Park as an accomplished and talented hairdresser as well as working with her daughter at Body Image in Middleburg.  Sandra also worked in real estate with her husband, the late Shelby Mapp, before retiring and becoming a homemaker.  Mrs. Mapp dearly loved her family, going out for lunch, decorating her home, gardening, and spending time with her granddaughter, Autumn.

Mrs. Mapp is survived by her children, Stacy (Bill) Houk and Greg Mapp, brother, Richard Simpson, five sisters, Mary Bowmer, Vel Addison, Susie (Steve) Cline, Sharon (Mike) Grodsky and Tina Simpson, and one granddaughter, Autumn. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Danielle Mapp.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, December 17, 2016 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest. Burial will follow in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from noon until service time on Saturday.
