Robert Paul Sperry, 76

Robert Paul Sperry, Sr., 76 of Middleburg, FL passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015. Mr. Sperry was a native of New Haven, Connecticut and moved to Middleburg, FL 15 years ago. Robert was a veteran of the US Navy and retired from Kurt H. Volk in Milford, Connecticut as a printer. Since his retirement, he was a bus driver for the Clay County Council on Aging for 5 years.   Spending time in his garden, reading, and winning “Chili Cooking Contest” were some of his favorite things to do. He will be dearly missed by his family and his grandchildren.

Mr. Sperry is survived by his wife Janyce Sperry, children, Robert Sperry, Jr., Michael (Colleen) Sperry, James Sperry, Joseph (Kimberly) Sperry, and Kathleen Sperry, sister, Marie Surprise, five grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Gregory, Joseph, and EmmaLee. Robert was preceded in death by his brothers, George and John Sperry.

Memorial Services will be held in Oak Grove Cemetery of West Haven, Connecticut in the spring of 2016.
