Robert “Bobby” Eiland Lake, 59 of Jacksonville, FL passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022.  Bobby was born in Jacksonville, FL on September 14, 1963 to parents James Wesley Lake and Ruby Anderson Lake. He spent his life in the Jacksonville area, specifically Mandarin. Bobby was a dock builder by trade, but some of his passions included hunting, fishing, and one his favorite things to do was watch western movies. He was a man of few words, but yet everyone knew him and he was extremely loved by all. Bobby’s greatest love was that of his family, his children, step-children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, he was especially close with his only daughter Jessica.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents James and Ruby Lake and his brother Alan Flakes. He is survived by his loving wife Donna Lake; daughter, Jessica Lake-Kilgore (Ben); step-sons, Jamie Phillips and TJ Phillips; step-daughter, Melanie Ann Booker; brother Wesley Lake; sisters, Ruby Morgan (Ellis) and Susan Taylor (Gene); grandson, Lucas Kilgore; 12 step-grandchildren and 3 step-great- grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Russell Haven of Rest Chapel with interment at Oakland Cemetery, Green Cove Springs, Florida. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00AM on Wednesday.
