Richard L. Garland, 68

Richard L. Garland, 68 of Middleburg, FL, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019.  He was born September 1, 1950 in Johnson City, TN to the late Archie and Lillie Garland.

Mr. Garland was preceded in death by brother, Jimmy Garland,  and is survived by son, David Garland and wife Kelly, son, Christopher Garland and wife Jennifer, daughter, Amy Williamson and husband Mitch, grandchildren, Austin Garland, Cole Garland, brothers, Gene Garland and Kenneth McQueen, sisters, June Bagi and Kathy Perkins, and 12 nieces and nephews.

His final resting place is in the Garland Cemetery in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
