Miller Dean Carter, 79

Miller Dean Carter, born on April 21, 1945, was the fourth of five children born to Dennis and Lizzie Carter. On February 5, 2025, at 10:05 a.m., Miller passed away, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a legacy of love.

Miller was a man of few words, but his presence spoke volumes. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend who adored his family. Known for his smooth charm and effortless charisma, Miller was a true ladies’ man, always dressed sharp and ready to impress. He had a deep passion for dancing and never missed a chance to hit the floor with style and grace.

He was preceded in death by his parents and all of his siblings except for his beloved sister, Johnnie Grubbs of Orange Park, Florida, who will continue to honor his memory.

Miller’s life was one filled with love, laughter, and a rhythm all his own. Though he may be gone, his spirit will live on in the music, the dance, and the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A celebration of his life and repass will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Russell Haven Cemetery & Funeral Home, 2335 Sand Ridge Rd., Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. Family and friends will gather to share stories, honor his legacy, and remember the unforgettable man he was.
