Michael W. Kehrt, 75

Michael W. Kehrt, 75 of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Monday, November 1, 2021.  Michael was born in New Palestine, Indiana to the late Gordon and Grace Kehrt.  He grew up in Indiana and later traveled extensively throughout his life because of his service in the US Navy for over 20 years and then as an employee for Boeing for 22 years before settling in Green Cove Springs for his retirement home.  Mr. Kehrt was a member of The Greater Jacksonville Coin Club as a member dedicated to educating, preserving, and promoting numismatics and all facets of coin, currency, medal, and token collecting for the general public of North Florida.

Mr. Kehrt is survived by his wife, Carolyn Kehrt, daughters, Melissa Lombardo and Lisa Young, sisters, Teressa Welch and Sandy Kehrt, and his granddaughter Marissa Slusser.

As per Michael’s request, there will be no formal service.
