Mable Marian Flowers Born, 80

Mable Marian Flowers Born, 80 of Orange Park, FL passed away February 22, 2021.  Mable was born in Atlanta, GA on March 3, 1940 and was the beautiful mother of Angie Shearer who gained her angel wings last Monday morning.  She was a beloved wife of 50 years to the late Wes “Sonny” Born, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother to all her children.

Mrs. Born proudly retired from the State of Georgia after 35 years in 2005, representing the state she was born in.  She was always an inspiration of strength and independence but was also a graceful and beautiful Southern Belle.  Her family and friends will miss her “More than ham and biscuits”.

Mrs. Born will be laid to rest with her husband in Atlanta, Georgia.
