Kathy Rozar, 53

Kathy Roxanne Rozar, 53, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Monday, September 3, 2018.  Kathy was born in Ohio and spent most of her adult life in Jacksonville.  Kathy worked for Ascension Health for twenty years and was the Director of Regulatory Compliance.  She received her MBA from Western Governors University.  She loved to travel, especially visiting historical places.  She also trained and traveled with FEMA and DMAT.  Kathy enjoyed camping and scrapbooking in her spare time.  Most of all, she loved her family, particularly her grandbabies.

Ms. Rozar was preceded in death by her mother, Rhoda Mae Baker; and her brother, Bruce King.  She is survived by her three sons, Cory Rozar, Stephen Spooner and Thomas Spooner; her daughter, Erica Rozar; two sisters, Karla Edwards and Karen Spellman; her five grandchildren; and many other family members.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in the chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Dr. Johnny Thomas officiating.  Visitation with the family will be from 10-11:00am prior to services.  Burial will follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery at 2:00pm.
