Justin Marlin Mills, 40, of Orange Park, FL passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021.  He was born in Jacksonville, FL to Vicki Loudermilk and the late Freddie Mills.  Justin attended Orange Park Junior High  as well as Orange Park High School.  He worked as a cook at Gene’s Seafood in Jacksonville, as well as Bono’s BBQ in Middleburg and Race Track Rd before his employment with Dish Network as an installation technician.  Justin enjoyed gaming, going to the gun range, golfing, and most of all, spending time with his son, Carter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Mills; and an uncle, Ricky Burnett.  He is survived by his mother, Vicki Loudermilk; one son, Carter J. Mills; one sister, Rebecca Mills; one nephew, Marcus Boone; two aunts, Debbie Culberson and Winona Mozingo; mother of his son, Amanda Ventura; as well as Carter’s brothers, Chase, Braydon and Ryder Ventura.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 10:00am in the chapel at Russell Haven of Rest.  Visitation with the family will be Friday, May 21, 2021 5:00pm-7:00pm in the chapel at Russell Haven of Rest.
