Joseph Paul “Joe” Loiacono, 31

Joseph Paul “Joe” Loiacono, 31 of Jacksonville, FL passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Joe was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Florida in 1997.  He was a resident of the Riverside area of Jacksonville for the past 5 years.  Having grown up in a firefighter’s household, Joe was always interested in the ways of the firehouse, was a Jaguar Football fan, watched NASCAR, enjoyed cooking, going to concerts, spending time at the beach and playing pool.  One of his most enjoyable times was taking the girls to the park.

Mr. Loiacono is survived by his fiancé, Sarah Oakley, daughters, Karina Marie Loiacono and Molly Abigail Loiacono, parents, Gerald (Mary) Loiacono, Sr. and Rosemarie Gabriel, brother, Gerald Loiacono, Jr., sister, Angela Bull Walters, grandmother, Jean Torre Osborne, uncles, James Osborne, John and Peter Gabriel, aunts, Debbie Warfield and Mary Gabriel Linton, nephews, Calvin and Gunnar Baswell.

Funeral Services will be held 7:00 PM Saturday, February 18, 2017 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with visitation from 5:00 until service time on Saturday evening.
