Jonathan Matthew Sharp, 35

Jonathan Matthew Sharp, 35 of Jacksonville, FL passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018.  Matthew was born in Jacksonville and was a lifelong resident of both Duval and Clay Counties.  He was an accomplished tattoo artist in the Jacksonville area for over 20 years and also was an artist in painting pictures.  All Matthew needed was something to draw with and anything to draw on; he always had inspiration to express.  He enjoyed going to the beach and skateboarding.

Mr. Sharp was preceded in death by his mother, Lori Sharp just seven years ago and is survived by his sister, Amanda (Ryan) Gordon, grandmother, Barbara Powell, grandfather, C.J. (Billie) Powell, aunt, Tracy Powell, uncle, Carl Powell, nephews, Jackson, Hayden, and Kameron and many extended family members.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, September 8, 2018 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Dr. Johnny Thomas officiating.  Visitation with the family will be from 10-11:00 AM prior to services.
