Jason Allen Bridges, 43

Jason Allen Bridges, 43 of Orange Park, FL passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Jason was born in Pensacola, FL to the late Alan Bridges and his mother Karen Haydon Bridges. He grew up in Orange Park and was a graduate of Orange Park High School. While still in high school, Jason began working with Florida Blue and remained with the company for 25 years.

Jason was an active member of St. Giles Presbyterian Church and served on the Technology team, and as an Elder. He enjoyed his sports and followed the Florida State Seminoles, the New England Patriots and Tom Brady, loved cooking BBQ, enjoyed collecting Legos, and taking care of his pets. Even in death, Jason was able to help others to continue a renewed life through donation and transplant of his vital organs. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Jason is preceded in death by his father Alan Bridges. He is survived by his wife, Shiree Bridges, children, Virginia (Michael) Grotton, Haydon Bridges, Benjamin Bridges, and Jaq Serna -Geddings, mother, Karen Bridges, sister, Jennifer (Kristopher) Gallanger, grandson, Brooks Grotton, niece, Katelyn Gallanger, cousins and extended family.

Memorial Services will be held 10:00 Saturday, August 19, 2023 at St. Giles Presbyterian Church with Rev. Jessi Higginbotham officiating.
