Janice Diane Bryant, 77

Janice Diane Bryant, 77 of Fleming Island, FL passed away Wednesday, February 1,2023. Janice was born to parents Myers and Ida Barker of Cookeville, Tennessee, which is where she lived the majority of her life. She moved to North Florida around 2014 in order to be closer to her children and family. Janice was a member of Green Cove Springs Church of Christ. Janice had many joys in her life including spending time with her family, traveling, attending Broadway shows and watching her grandchildren play soccer. She was also an avid book reader and always enjoyed having her dog Eli by her side.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents Myers and Ida Barker; sister, Shirley Dobbs and nephew, Darren Dobbs.   She is survived by her son Christopher Bryant (Kristie); daughter, Jennifer Patel (Anant); grandchildren, Craig Oakley (Jubelle), Corey Oakley (Madison), Cameron Patel, Alexa Patel and Devon Patel; 4 great grandchildren; and nephew, Matthew Dobbs.

Memorial service will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Green Cove Springs Church of Christ, 3650 Russell Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. (904) 284-1858
