Heather Lynn (Fish) Travis, 50 of Fleming Island Florida passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Heather was born in Trumansburg, New York and lived most of her life in Jacksonville Fl. Whether it was cooking for her family especially loved cooking for the big games, enjoying her children’s many sporting events as their biggest cheerleader, taking care of her beloved animals, Heather was always praying for everyone and the simplest of things made Heather happy.

Heather was preceded in death by her parents Ricky and Terry (Kaiser) Fish. Heather is survived by her husband, Richard, of nearly 23 years, her children, who were her world, Jareck Jozwiak (Fran), Grant Travis, Elizabeth Travis, and Luke Travis.

A Mass of Celebration will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 11757 Old St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, FL 32258 with Rev. Rodolfo Godinez officiating.  A time of visitation with the family begin at 12:30 PM prior to services on Wednesday.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery with Dcn Robert Repke officiating.
