Hazel Faye Nelson, 70

Hazel Faye Nelson, 70, of Orange Park, FL passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021.  Hazel lived in the area for over 30 years after moving from Athens, TN.  She enjoyed gardening and reading, but most of all being a homemaker and raising her family.

Hazel was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Jerry Nelson; and her sister, Glenda L’Huiller.  She is survived by her son, Jason Nelson; two daughters, Kim Martin (Spencer) and Mary Nelson; and four grandchildren, Michelle, Hannah, Isabella and Job.
