December 29th, 2022, Francis Lee Varnadoe took her final breath surrounded by her loved ones in her final days.  The sun rose and the world welcomed Fran on February 7th, 1940, a day the world became a little brighter.  Fran lived a full and warm life, filled with joy and laughter.  She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed. Our family is grateful that she is now at peace in Heaven, surrounded by all of her loved ones she missed so dearly.

Fran is survived by her daughter, Traci Martindale and Lorraine Varnadoe and son, Stephen Varnadoe, grandchildren, Kristyn Wentz, Stephen Parent, Amber Marcy. Her brother, JD Clark, nieces, A’me Crimmins, Laura Hice, and Julie Leppard. Along with many great grandchildren, grand nephews and nieces, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest Funeral Home.  Visitation with the family will be from 9-10:00 AM prior to services.  Burial will follow at 2:30 PM Tuesday in Pierce Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 5122 Pierce Chapel Road, Hoboken, GA  31503 (near Waycross)
