Frances Ann Garcia, 64 of Middleburg, FL passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021. She was born in St. Petersburg, FL to parents Leonard Bell and Frances Bowman. She moved to the clay county area as a young girl and spent her remaining years here. Ann enjoyed life, she was always working in her garden and enjoyed spending time with her children and taking care of her family.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Bell and Frances Bowman. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Bryan) Brew; sons, Brad (Julia) Garcia and Phillip Garcia; grandchildren, Conner Brew, Jeremy Hoffman, Alexandra Brew and one on the way; great-grandchildren, Waylon Hoffman and Claire Hoffman; sister, Peggy (Donald) Brown; and brothers, Clifton Bell and Marvin (Connie) Bell.
