Floyd Jeffries, 87

Floyd Jeffries, 87 of Middleburg, FL passed away, Friday, January 22, 2016. Mr. Jeffries was a native of Missouri and moved to Middleburg 20 years ago from Marion, Indiana. While living in Indiana, Mr. Jeffries worked as an oil distribution driver and later became part owner of JWN Petroleum in Marion, Indiana. Floyd was a member of Russell Baptist Church and served in the US Navy.

Mr. Jeffries was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Barbara Jeffries in 2014 and is survived by his children, Rodney Jeffries, Pam Wilson, Patricia Jeffries and Piper (Joe) Hensley, seven grandchildren, Gabby, Allen, Katie, Fallon, Jamie, Billy and Jeffrey, seven great grandchildren, Nicholas, Kera Lynn, AJ, Nicholas, Tyler, Ellie and Haven.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, January 31, 2016 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Rev. Hobie Manning officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 2-3:00 PM prior to services. Burial will follow in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery.
