Everett Howard Lancey, 84

Everett Howard Lancey, 84 of Middleburg, FL passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016. Mr. Lancey was born in Danbury, CT and moved to Middleburg 15 years ago.  He retired as a minister and school teacher in Danbury after 35 years and served in the US Air Force.  Everett was a member and Sunday school teacher at South Middleburg Baptist Church.

Mr. Lancey was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Daisy May Lancey and is survived by his children, Jonathan (Karen) Lancey, Eleanor Harris and Janette (Waren) Cilliers, one brother, John Lancey and six grandchildren, Jonathan, James, Daniel, David, Jessica, and Nicholas.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, December 18, 2016 in South Middleburg Baptist Church with Rev. Delton Kilpatrick officiating. Interment will be 1:30 PM Monday, December 19, 2016 in the Jacksonville National Cemetery with United States Air Force honors.
