Dr. Benedict R. “Ben” Lacorte, 83

Dr. Benedict R. “Ben” Lacorte, 83 of Orange Park, FL passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018.  Ben was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived part time between Leola, PA and Orange Park for the past 15 years.  He was active in his chiropractor practice until 2016 when his health would not allow him to continue.  Over the years, he always stayed busy, held a barber license, shopped flea markets with his grandchildren, and was an Uber driver.

Dr. Lacorte is survived by his wife of 18 years, Jane Lacorte, sons, Anthony Lacorte and Steven Kennedy, step children, Jamie Wagner, Myra Eastwood, Clair Petney and Sara Oakey, sister, Margaret, 6 grandchildren and 10 step grandchildren.

Services will be private.
