Dortha Mae Brown, 90

Dortha Mae Brown, 90, of Middleburg, FL passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024.  Dortha was born in Tennessee and spent several years both in Miami and then Okeechobee before moving to Clay County in 2014.  While living in Miami, she served at Lakeview Church and spent most of her career years as a cashier before retiring from Winn Dixie after 10 years.  She dearly loved her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Brown in 1988 and her daughter, Marie Brown.  She is survived by her sons, Jimmy (Cindy) Brown, Michael (Darlene) Brown and Wayne (Jodi) Brown, grandchildren, Meredith, Leanne, Kristi, Karla, and Kortnei, several great grandchildren and extended family.

Services will be held at a later in Okeechobee, Florida.
