Dorothy Jean Caldwell, 67

Dorothy Jean Caldwell, 67, departed this life on Tuesday December 6, 2016. She was born on November 16, 1949 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Willie Mack and Leona Nye Caldwell.  She grew up in Indianapolis and moved to Florida in October of 2015.  Dorothy worked at RCA Industry and American Seniors Communities and also attended IPS Public Schools.  She enjoyed listening to a variety of music, roller skating, working puzzles as well as spending time with family and friends.

Ms. Caldwell is survived by her children, Yvette Turner, Kristina (Steven) Johnson, Regina (Michael) Brooks, sisters, Claudia Merchant, Ruby Caldwell, Debra (Jerry) Murrell, five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by three sisters, one brother and a grandson.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Indiana.
