Debra Kaye Musselwhite, 61

Debra Kaye Musselwhite, 61, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025.  Debbie was born in Salem, OH to the late Wilbur Eugene Newell and Frances Davis Newell.  She moved to north Florida over 40 years ago.  Debbie enjoyed dancing and was a big fan of football, especially the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Florida Gators.  She was a great friend, great pageant mom, and enjoyed watching her favorite band, Fratello!!!  She was the life of the party and her smile was contagious when she entered the room. Her friends and family will miss her greatly!

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur Eugene Newell and Frances Davis Newell; her brother, Donald Newell; and her daughter’s father, James Magee.  She is survived by her daughter, Starlet Walker (Ben); and her two granddaughters who call her Mimi, Keira Walker and Victoria Walker.

A service will be held at Orange Park Church of the Nazarene at a later date.
