David Lee Nichols, age 59, died peaceful Friday, July 19, 2024 at 10:20 p.m., with his loving wife, Tracy by his side.  David was born on January 6th, 1965, in Glynn County, Brunswick, Georgia.  He loved being outdoors and going fishing and camping with his children. His family meant everything to him. He loved going to family gatherings and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-day Saints.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa “Tracy” Nichols, daughter,  Ashley (Dan) Miller, sons, Brandon (Stacey) Nichols, Danny Nichols, Cody (Jessica) Nichols, Lawrence Nichols, parents, Charles and Ethel Nichols, brothers, Danny (Yvette) Nichols, and Earl (Jennifer) Flanagan, sisters, Christine (David) Butcher, Brenda (Jay) Davis, Serena (Lamar) Haynes, Nina (Ray)  Miller, and 11 grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-day Saints, 5100 Firestone Road, Jacksonville, FL  32210 with Bishop Chris Shaw officiating.  A time of Visitation will be from 5-7:00 PM Friday evening at Russell Haven of Rest Funeral Home.
