Cynthia Herndon Dobozy, 72

Cynthia Herndon Dobozy, 72 of Middleburg, FL passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019.  Cynthia was born in Huntington, WV and was a resident of Middleburg for the past 45 years.  She grew up in Melbourne, FL, gained her Master’s Degree from University of Florida “Go Gators” and retired from Clay County School Board as a teacher.  She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, enjoyed reading and crafting and caring for her dog “Bitsy”.

Mrs. Dobozy was preceded in death by her father, William Herndon and husband, Joseph Dobozy and is survived by her son, Bryan (Tanya) Dobozy, mother, Bess Herndon, sister, Diane (Dan) Doerr, dear friend, Sally Tucker, five grandchildren, one nephew and two nieces.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 7, 2019 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with burial in Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
