Corey Melvin Johns, 36

Corey Melvin Johns, 36 of Jacksonville, FL, passed away April 1, 2020.  Corey was a lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area as well as in Middleburg.  He was a heavy equipment operator for Jax Underground Utilities, Inc.

Corey is survived by his wife, Candice Johns, daughters Chloe Johnson and Trisiten Weeks, grandmother, Freida “Nanny” Bunko, sister, Fawn Radwanski, uncle, Casey Johns, two nieces, Shai-Lynn and Kelly and many other family and friends.
