Cherie Rae Decker, 68

Cherie Rae Decker, 68 of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017. Mrs. Decker was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Green Cove Springs in 1984 from Brookfield, Wisconsin.  She retired from the State of Florida (DOACS) after 19 years, was a member of Advent Lutheran Church of Orange Park and was past president of Decorative Artist of Jacksonville.

Mrs. Decker was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Wegner and is survived by her husband of 48 years, Alan R. Decker, children, Jeff Decker and Lisa (Charles) Rogers, sister, Barbara (Fred) Moritz, three grandchildren, Taylor, Abigail, and Jonathan and her dog, Jack.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 6, 2017 in the Advent Lutheran Church of Orange Park with Pastor Gerald A. Nordsiek, Jr. officiating.
