Adam Wade McGowan, 47 of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Friday, August 11, 2023. Adam was born in Sumter, South Carolina to the late David Paul McGowan and his mother Pamela McGowan. He grew up in Augusta, Georgia and graduated from Augusta State University where he met his wife Endrea. After graduation, Adam worked with JAX Federal Credit Union for 17 years and was currently working with JM Federal Credit Union for the past year and a half. He enjoyed playing golf, softball, and coaching his sons as they grew up playing baseball.

Mr. McGowan is survived by his wife of 22 years, Endrea McGowan, children, Jacob McGowan, Andrew McGowan, and Grace McGowan, mother, Pamela McGowan, brother, Stephen (Angela) McGowan, sister, Heather (Mike) Reeves, and other extended family members.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 18, 2023 at Hibernia Baptist with Elder Brian Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 AM prior to services.
