Jayla Milagros Concepcion, infant, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017.

Jayla was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Miguel Concepcion, and her maternal grandmother, Willie Mae Young. She is survived by her parents, Jose and Latisha Concepcion; three sisters, Alana Scott, Alanys Concepcion, and Miami Concepcion; brother, Jose Concepcion, Jr.; grandmother, Carmen Centeno; grandfather, Mr. W. Jones; uncles, Byron Jones, Shelton Jones, Chris Jones, Miguel Concepcion, and Edwin Concepcion; aunts, Angela Jones Park, Carmen Diaz, Nancy Diaz, Lizette Diaz, and Lily Sanchez; special friend to the family, Patricia Baker; as well as many cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 10:30am with Dr. Gary Williams, Sr. officiating. The family wishes to express special thanks to their supportive and loving church family at Hopewell for being there for them during this difficult time.
