Linda Michelle Benjamin, 65, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Friday, May 24, 2024.  Linda was born in Camden, NJ to Virginia Morris and the late James Morris.  She graduated from Glassboro High School in 1977.   New Jersey was home before moving to New Port Richey, FL and finally Green Cove Springs for her career with the Army National Guard.  She retired from the Army National Guard with over 24 years of service.  Linda was a vivacious woman who lived each day to the fullest.  She truly enjoyed life, especially when she was on a cruise.  Always ready to help someone in need, Linda rescued her three dogs – Jake, Zeus, and Hazel.  You could find Linda at the Mercury Moon on Monday and Thursday evenings for bingo and darts.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, James Morris; and son, TJ Noe.  She is survived by her mother, Virginia Morris; daughter, Jennifer Mango (Frank); sister, Cindy Carlucci (Anthony); and two grandchildren who lovingly call her “MomMom”, Frankie Mango and Nevaeh Mango; as well as a large, extended family.  She will be missed by too many to count.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 10:00am in the chapel at Russell Haven of Rest with Patrick Martin officiating.
