Richard Tovey Harvey Jr.,  65, of Middleburg, FL passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024. He was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey to parents Richard and Mary Harvey. Richard retired from the Department of Transportation after 38 years of service. In his spare time, he loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed being on the water in his boat riding and fishing in the local rivers and creeks. He loved spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by those he loved the most.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents Mary Miller and Richard Harvey Sr.; brother, Lawrence “Tiny” Harvey and sister Virginia Harvey.

He is survived by his loving wife Karen Harvey; son, Bryan Harvey; daughter, Kristina Cole; brothers, Robert Harvey and Floyd Abram (Melissa); sister, Bertha Abram (Darrell); grandchildren, Gauge Gibson, Jacob Cole, Aurora Cole and Ravyn Cole.

A time of visitation will be help on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 6:00PM-8:00PM in the Russell Haven of Rest Chapel.
