Jeffrey Michael Priebe, 57

Jeffrey Michael Priebe, 57, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Friday, September 17, 2021.  Jeff was born in Newark, New Jersey to Joann Bator Priebe and the late Frederick Priebe.  He moved to Clay County in 2017 from Phillipsburg, New Jersey.  He worked for Continental Airlines in ramp service as well as Quick Chek as a gas manager.  Jeff was an avid sports fan and loved watching any kind of sports.  He loved the New York Giants, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and the New York Yankees.  Jeff enjoyed going to minor league baseball games with his sister, Michele.  NASCAR was another favorite of Jeff’s.  After moving to Florida, he enjoyed watching golf with his son, Jeffrey.  Most of all, Jeff loved spending time with his family.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Priebe.  He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lisa Priebe; two sons, Jeffrey Priebe and Aaron Priebe (Lauren); one daughter, Melissa Priebe; his mother, Joann Priebe; one sister, Michele Centanni; his first grandchild, a baby boy due in early 2022; as well an many other extended family members.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00am Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 7190 US-17, Fleming Island, FL 32003, with Father Michael Pendergraft officiating.
