Petty Officer Leonard Royce Bell, USN (Ret.), 83

Petty Officer Leonard Royce Bell, USN (Ret.), 83 of Middleburg, FL passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020.  Leonard was born in Enterprise, Alabama and retired after 20 years in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician.  Throughout his career, he was station throughout the United States and retired in 1997 at Cecil Field.  Mr. Bell enjoyed playing the guitar had some rental property that kept him busy as he practiced the motto “Jack of all trades and master of none”.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Frances Bell and is survived by his children, Clifton Bell, Marvin (Connie) Bell, Ann (Mike) Garcia and Peggy (Donald) Brown, brothers, Roland and Cush, sisters, Juanita, Marcia, and Donna and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Military Honors by the US Navy.
