Amicia Dawn “Amy” Clark, 45

Amicia Dawn “Amy” Clark, 45 of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016. Amy was a native of Barberton, Ohio and had been a resident of Green Cove Springs since 1995. She was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she received her degree in Occupational Therapy. For the past few years, Amy has been involved with Home Schooling her son through the –Co-Op and was responsible in beginning a Beta Chapter.   Amy was a leader by nature and was greatly loved and beloved.

Mrs. Clark is survived by her husband, Dr. Philip K. Clark, two sons, Matthew Brent Clark and David Luke Clark, mother, Pam Molihan Medina, three sisters, April (Garnett) Brown, Amber (Steve) Wagers and Alisha (Chris) Kennison, nieces and nephews, Katie, Hannah, Sarah, Shelby, Dylan and Courtney.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, February27, 2016 in Christ Church, Fleming Island, with Pastor Randy Hale officiating.
