Howell “Hal” C. Utley, 46

Howell (Hal) C. Utley, Jr., 46, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016.  He was born June 22, 1969 in Jacksonville, FL to Howell Utley Sr. and Lucy McCook. Hal’s love of the FSU Seminoles was only surpassed by his deep love and devotion for his family.

He is survived by his wife Karla; daughters, Janie, Skyla and Kendyll; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 4, 2016 in the chapel of Ortega United Methodist Church, 4807 Roosevelt Boulevard 32210, with Pastor Vance Rains officiating. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service.
